Ex-Wife Sues Steve Harvey For $60 Mill

Ex-Wife Sues Steve Harvey For $60 Mill

Steve Harvey is now in the middle of a odd lawsuit with his second ex-wife, Mary Shackelford, for a huge sum of $60 million.

She is demanding $60 million in damages alleging Harvey is guilty of offences including child endangerment, torture, kidnapping, intentional infliction of emotional distress.

"Soul murdering is a crime not a diagnosis so murder is achieved by a combination of torture deprivation and brainwashing", the documents claim. She said: "The judge said our divorce would be contingent upon the division of community assets but that never happened". According to TMZ, the woman adds: "All was [lost], Mary L Harvey was dead".

Shackelford mentions in the lawsuit that the pain of losing her son Wynton, which Harvey has custody of, has robbed her of the joy of Mother's Day and has left her suicidal and self-medicating in order to cope.

Back in April, Shackleford posted a series of YouTube videos alleging that she never received her divorce settlement after the two split. I want him charged with a constitutional rights violation, falsifying documents, perjury, contempt court, embezzlement, extortion and collusion.

She went on to say she wants to see her ex-hubby in prison. Incidentally, a prior courtroom showdown between Mary and Steve in February of 2011 over similar charges ended in favor of The Kings of Comedy notable, as a separate Daily News article from that year provides.

TMZ reports that Mary Harvey, the comedian and game show host's second wife, finalized her divorce in 2005.

The court battle between Steve Harvey and his ex-wife has taken another bitter turn.

Steve Harvey's ex-wife has reportedly filed a $60 million lawsuit against the TV host, barely a month after publicly blasting him for trying to ruin her.
