Video Of Tiger Woods' Arrest

Video Of Tiger Woods' Arrest

Tiger Woods was recently arrested in Jupiter, Florida for driving while under the influence and now things have gotten worse for the golfer after police released a video of his arrest.

The golfer was arrested on early morning on Monday in Jupiter, Florida.

The footage has been released by Jupiter Police Department, and shows the 14-time major victor struggling to walk during his failed sobriety test.

The 1 hour 39-minute video starts with the Jupiter police approaching Woods' auto and ends with the cruiser pulling into the Palm Beach County jail, with Woods in handcuffs behind his back and sitting in the back seat.

Tests confirmed Woods' statement that there was no alcohol in his system and during the video he explains to the officers that the only drugs he has taken are the ones he has been prescribed.

He apologised to his family, friends and fans, adding he would "do everything" in his power "to ensure this never happens again".

In the dashcam video that police released, the athlete is not seen immediately but is heard telling officers off-camera that he did not know where he was.

An officer asked Woods to recite the alphabet in a "slow, non-rhythmic manner", and then asked Woods if he understood the instructions.

Woods told authorities that he was coming from Los Angeles after a golf outing and did not know exactly where he was.

The video, which includes clear dialogue of the conversation between Woods and the officers who found him, shows the legendary golfer having a tough time figuring out where he is or what is going on.

Photos released by the Jupiter Police Department reveal damage to Woods' vehicle, including blown-out tires and two dented rims on the driver's side.

"I haven't felt this good in years", he said.

The affidavit listed four medications including Vicodin that Woods reported taking.

Such speculation only increased last week when Woods posted an update on his blog about his recovery from recent back fusion surgery (his fourth such operation since April 2014). The model, who has 8 million followers on Instagram, said she had no history with Woods, including phone calls or text messages. He has played just one PGA Tour event since August 2015 because of other back surgeries.
