Bumrah upset with his Champions Trophy no-ball being used as an advertisement

Bumrah upset with his Champions Trophy no-ball being used as an advertisement

Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah recently lashed out his anger at the Jaipur Police for making fun of his no-ball at the India vs Pakistan match during the Champions Trophy final, which cost them the wicket of Fakhar Zaman. Notably, the 23-year-old pacer bowled a no-ball in the third over of 2017 Champions Trophy final that gave Pakistan opener Fakhar Zaman a second chance after he had nicked one to the keeper when he was only on three. "You know it can be costly", was the caption on the billboard, with an image of the fateful over-step from Bumrah. People have still not forgiven Bumrah for this mistake, but the Jaipur police have taken a dig at him while warning the people about zebra crossing. However, Bumrah did not take the joke very well, but his fans of social media have been completely okay with the ad and feel that the cricketer may be over-reacting.

However, Bumrah seems to have taken offence at Jaipur Police's initiative as he said he felt let down despite giving his all for the country.

However, the Gujarat speedstar was not so pleased by the advertisement and took to twitter to show his disappointment.

The Jaipur traffic police in return apologised to the 23-year-old bowler, calling Bumrah an inspiration for the youth.

City Traffic Police Faisalabad in Punjab, Pakistan's third-most-populous city, is using Bumrah's no-ball in the image on its posters.
