Nokia 6 Goes On Sale In US Come July 10th

Last week Amazon announced it will start offering the Nokia 6 in the US.

Interested customers can pre-order the Nokia 6 on Amazon starting today.

The device will be sold exclusively from Amazon initially and will be available in two color options of matte black and silver.

If you want the Nokia 5 you'll have to wait until August 2, when it will be launching for £179.99. The retailer is selling unlocked version of Nokia 6 which means the phone will only support GSM networks like AT&T and T-Mobile. It will be available for purchase more than a month after the generic and Arte Black versions hit the stores.

HMD Global has confirmed the launch date of their Nokia 6 smartphone in the USA, the handset will launch on the 10th of July 2017. However, the Finnish firm did not confirm on specific date for the release of these two color variants.

According to the Amazon listing the copper color option will only arrive in the United States on August 18.

Copper really suits you.

HMD Global has set the price of Nokia 6 at $229, which is less than what it costs in China.

Coming to the specifications of the Nokia 6, the handset comes with a unibody design with a IPS display size of 5.5-inch with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. On the front of the handset there is an 8 megapixel camera for Selfies and on the back there is a 16 megapixel camera for photos and videos. It is packed with 3,000 mAh battery. The smartphone now runs near stock Android 7.1 Nougat, and will be updated to Android O at some point (possibly before the end of the year).
