Released are new images of the Google Pixel XL 2

Geskin has also uncovered the "Very Blue" version of the Pixel XL with the same dimensions, which is worth a look as well. We're now coming across a handful of leaks pertaining to Google's new Pixel XL handset.

As we're heading into the latter part of 2017, reports of new devices pour in nearly every day. In the below image, which is based on everything we (think we) know so far about the Pixel XL 2, we can see the phone laid between the 5-inch gen 1 Pixel and the 5.5-inch Pixel XL.

In regard to the smaller Pixel, I tend to think it'll be largely unchanged versus the current Pixel, with the new "XL" representing the cutting edge of Google's engineering and design efforts, while the smaller device will act as a sort of entry-level option. Also, the processor will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.

According to recent leaks, this fall, the Pixel 2 XL will have a stunning design and awesome features. It will also have 4GB of RAM, same as the now existing models, and 128GB of storage. The publication has claimed that the 2017 Google Pixel XL may also feature squeezable frame that is available as Edge Sense feature on the HTC U11. But the company has still not made clear whether they would be including the feature in Google's latest model or not. The rear camera sensor appears to be massive, though, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as Pixel phones are known for their fantastic camera abilities.

If these photos pan out, though, the phone looks to be more rectangular with sharper corners compared with last year's model. Google has not been linear with naming its phones. The Pixel 2 XL looks quite the device in today's image as it captures the high end, premium bracket much better than its predecessor, which aimed to be more playful.

If we were to speculate, we'd say that the Google Pixel 2 will likely be released with upgrades in Google Assistant's capabilities.
