Virat Kohli can become one of India's great captains, says Sourav Ganguly

Shikhar Dhawan is back into the 15-man squad for the upcoming 3-match T20I series against Australia, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced on Sunday. He is preparing his team, he's picking players and giving opportunities.

India captain Virat Kohli is leading the way for the young cricketers in the current team in terms of scoring runs, playing maturely and improving the fitness levels.

Sharma and captain Virat Kohli (39) added 99 in their second-wicket partnership to take India to the brink of victory before both were out caught in the deep in the same over to leg-spinner Adam Zampa. He's a fighter and he has got heart when he plays cricket. "I think he will come out with flying colours in this series as well", Ganguly said. If the Kohli-led Indian team manages to do well in the next 14-15 months, the skipper will go on to become one of India's finest captains.

Steve Smith's side had been defeated by South Africa at home in a Test series following which they lost another Test series in India 4-1.

The historic rivalry between India and Australia has always produced unforgettable matches as the contest has always been treated as a spectacle.

"We all should look forward to the upcoming series against New Zealand and Sri Lanka where we can expect Virat to score big runs again for India". They were then knocked out of the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy in the group stage. "They are far superior side than those two teams", Ganguly said. Among the surprise picks in the 15-member squad, was the return of veteran pacer Ashish Nehra. Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane gave the hosts a rollicking start with an opening stand of 124 as they chased 243 before Rahane was out for 61.

Nehra, who last played for India during the T20 series against England in January, was recalled after he was sidelined for the West Indies and Sri Lanka tours.

"It's a good news for Indian cricket that they have picked the ability and not age". He is an exceptional T20 bowler. It is also the first time that India is going to participate in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup Finals. "Also, I think the fair amount of criticism which Smith received due to some of his actions, including the "brain fade" moment during the Test series created pressure on them", the 38-year-old said.
