Blue Wagon R of Delhi CM Kejriwal stolen

A theft case under IPC Section 379 has been lodged on her complaint. Sources said CCTV footage showed a man boarding the vehicle around 1.04pm and driving away with it. Police said they are hunting for the auto on priority as it has a sticker allowing access to Vidhan Sabha and VIP areas. Mr Kejriwal used to travel only in this auto, and no other vehicle. Footage from CCTV cameras in the area are also being checked.

The vehicle was known to make headlines when Kejriwal travelled in it to campaign for chief minister's post, which he won in Jaunary 2014, said India Today.

When the matter was notified to the Mr Kejriwal, he retweeted a tweet which was directed to Delhi Police, asking - dhyan kidhar hai!

At present, the mid-2000s Maruti WagonR was being used by the Aam Aadmi Party's media coordinator Vandana Singh. "It was like a sweet memory for all of us and police must act promptly and find out the auto". "It went missing around 1 am", a senior police official told PTI. "Whereas, accused was captured in CCTV camera when he took away the auto but the quality of the camera was so poor that it could not help in identifying the accused".
