Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has been named Premier League Player of the Month for September, while Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola won Manager of the Month with a ideal record of four wins from four.

Pochettino has responded by mentioning the fact that Lionel Messi was Barcelona's standout player during the unforgettable Guardiola era at the Camp Nou - but he never highlighted that to suggest the Catalan giants were a one-man team.
