Sylvester Stallone's Publicist Blasts 'Ridiculous, Categorically False' Sexual Assault Report

Sylvester Stallone's Publicist Blasts 'Ridiculous, Categorically False' Sexual Assault Report

The police report, recently recovered by the United Kingdom news outlet the Daily Mail, states that the movie star assaulted her while he was in Las Vegas in 1986, filming the movie "Over the Top".

A representative for film star Sylvester Stallone is denying reports of sexual misconduct that first surfaced previous year but gained traction Thursday when revived by a British tabloid.

The victim evidently responded negatively to the incident at the time, per the Mail's account, for Stallone allegedly threatened to "beat her head in" if she didn't keep quiet about it.

Stallone's spokeswoman Michelle Bega tells TMZ.

"No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr Stallone", she said. At this time, Sylvester Stallone is denying that these events ever took place. Feeling humiliated and intimidated she chose to bury the incident and not press charges until now. "She became very uncomfortable with the situation".

Stallone's denial follows a string of high-profile sexual harassment allegations against Hollywood stars, including Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey and Louis CK. Sylvester Stallone then allegedly "made her give him a blow job".

According to the Post Examiner, no charges were filed in the incident because under Nevada law, the age of consent is 16 and the victim claimed she consented.

De Luca, a former professional boxer, died in a 2013 police shooting in California.

The alleged incident is reported to have occurred in Las Vegas while he was filming the movie "Over the Top". She also claimed that Stallone then encouraged de Luca to join in.

The document said the girl was not physically forced to have sex but felt "intimidated". "I can not talk about this anymore, please leave me alone". The Daily Mail reports that the girl ultimately signed a no-prosecution form and the matter was dropped. De Luca reportedly told police he had a gun, and officers fatally shot him.

Stallone was quick to deny the allegations Thursday.
