Bungie reveals size of upcoming Destiny 2 expansion

Bungie reveals size of upcoming Destiny 2 expansion

The Destiny 2 servers will be going offline at 7 AM Pacific and returning at 10 AM Pacific.

What is Curse Of Osiris? Recently, as a last-ditch effort to retrieve the interest of fans put off by previous controversies, the studio revealed specific details on Curse of Osiris' upcoming weapons and armor via a new YouTube trailer.

Thankfully, Bungie is allowing users to preload the Curse of Osiris content so that when the servers are back online, we'll be able to dive in and play. We know little more about the release dates for either DLC expansions right now, but we'll make sure to keep this guide updated with any and all future information.

It is expected that players will be able to start Curse of Osiris download after 8 AM PST i.e. one hour after the start of Destiny 2 downtime. I'd advise that you try and update Destiny 2 during the down time.

If you aren't running on PST like Bungie is, you can use a time zone converter to find out exactly what the release time for Curse of Osiris is. Specifically, players can expect new story missions that delve into the history of the exiled vanguard leader, Osiris, in addition to a number of new Strike missions, Crucible maps, and, of course, loads of new armor and weapons. These include the planet Mercury, the Vex-controlled Infinite Forest, and the Lighthouse, which is where the Followers of Osiris wait for the warlock's return.

That does it for how big the download size is for Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris. We might not yet know what the new challenges and bosses are in the Raid Lair, but we'll keep you posted with anything that Bungie announces.
