Former Oilers QB charged with drugging woman, assaulting her

NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon has been accused of sexual harassment and battery in a lawsuit filed by a former female assistant for his sports marketing firm.

Among the many allegations made in the claim are that she was made to sleep in the same bed as him on business trips and that on one occasion, Moon grabbed her crotch while she was sleeping.

Moon's accuser is a woman who was previously employed by the former player's sports marketing company, Sports 1 Marketing (creative name...) based in Irvine, California.

She said she was demoted by the firm in October after filing a complaint about Moon's behavior.

Earlier in the same year, a Vikings cheerleader accused him sexual harassment in a case that was settled out of court. Moon played for the Oilers from 1984 to 1993, setting numerous records along the way.

In 1989, he received the NFL's Walter Payton Man of the Year award for his charitable works and excellence on the field.

The latest disturbing sexual harassment allegations are against famed former NCAA, CFL and National Football League quarterback and current Seattle Seahawks' broadcaster Warren Moon (seen above during agent Leigh Steinberg's 2017 Super Bowl party). But his reputation was later marred by scandals involving women.

Moon was accused of striking his then wife, Felicia Moon, on the head with an open hand and choking her to the point that she nearly lost consciousness before she escaped from the couple's home in July 1995. In 1996 he was acquitted on charges that he physically abused his now ex-wife Felicia. Haskell claims she was subjected to unwanted and unsolicited sexual advances. When she protested, he replied that she had to comply to keep her job and said that "his prior assistant accepted the same arrangement," the lawsuit states. The couple divorced in 2001.

Haskell declined to comment through her attorney, Diana Fitzgerald of Miami, Florida.

"She was expecting to further her career in the sports marketing industry", Fitzgerald told The Post.

"Whenever Ms. Haskell expressed reservations about these outrageous "job duties", Moon insisted this was "just the way it is", and threatened Ms. Haskell that unless she was "comfortable" with him, he'd "find someone else who was".
