Nickelodeon & WWE Superstar John Cena Announce 3 Projects for 2018

The second man to become a 16-time World Champion in WWE will also reprise his role as the host for the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, though one has to wonder how all of the people in attendance will see him. Cena hosted the Awards show a year ago, and will be returning in 2018.

The Kids' Choice Awards are set to air on Nickelodeon on March 24. In addition, he will voice the villain Baron Draxum in the brand-new 2D animated series Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, premiering later this year.

On top of all of this, John Cena recently announced via Twitter that he was entering WWE's upcoming Royal Rumble, the victor of which earns a title shot at WrestleMania 34 from New Orleans.

We're probably most excited to hear Cena on Rise of the Teenage Mutant Turtles, but then again, we're not the target audience for the other projects.

"The Kids' Choice Awards generate that same emotion and experience". Baron Draxum is an alchemist warrior mutant who seeks to turn all of humanity into mutants. On top of all that, I'm coming to Nickelodeon with a insane game show called Keep It Spotless, where kids have to keep it spotless for huge prizes! The winning team will face The Gauntlet, a multiple-challenge obstacle course, where they can turn their cleanliness into cold hard cash. "And to top it all off, I'm stepping behind the camera to executive produce Nick's new competition series Keep It Spotless, which gives a whole new meaning to staying clean". Cena has been finding a lot of success with his projects outside of WWE, and he's also proved that he makes a great host as well.
