Victoria Beckham reveals the Spice Girls won't be touring for new reunion

It might not be what Spice Girls fans want to hear but Victoria Beckham has ruled out a Spice Girls reunion tour.

If you are keen to watch a little Spice Girls reunion, please re-watch their performance at the closing ceremony in London 2012 and CRY!

"It was so great to see the girls".

Beckham also shot down the idea of a sequel to 1997 film Spice World. What does that look like? We were just bouncing ideas around.

However, in a recent Vogue interview, singer-turned-designer Victoria Beckham poured cold water on tour plans.

USA website TMZ had previously claimed the girls would perform the in the United Kingdom and the States, with the action kicking off in the late summer. We had a fun lunch. It got to the point a few years ago where Geri Halliwell, Melanie B and Emma Bunton hopped in the studio together to record new music because they couldn't convince the other two.

Victoria's now in NY for Fashion Week, and gave fans a hint of the old pop star routines via her social media channels.

Are you sad the Spice Girls might not have a comeback after all, or is it all for the better? Looking at her latest collection, she confirmed, "but this is what I do". But this doesn't mean that a reunion will never happen in the near future.

She then went on about the brand of Spice, and how it might look in the future. Pictured: Spice Girls erform during the Closing Ceremony on Day 16 of the London 2012 Olympic Games at Olympic Stadium on August 12, 2012 in London, England.

Fans couldn't contain their excitement, with many begging the former girl group to reveal whether they are reuniting or not.
