Watch Han Solo and Chewie meet in the new Solo

But in a new TV spot, we get to see even more of this classic duo bonding on the Millenium Falcon.

Lucasfilm has released a new TV spot for highly anticipated Star Wars spin-off, Solo: A Star Wars Story that offers more footage from the film. Thandie Newton (Westworld) plays Val, Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Goodbye Christopher Robin) is L3-37, Paul Bettany (Avengers: Infinity War) plays Dryden Vos, and Joonas Suotamo (Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi) is Chewbacca. It includes a voiceover of Han counting down before everything explodes and we see a ship, we assume containing our heroes, racing away in the nick of time.

In addition to the seeds of the Hanbacca bromance, we also get the inception of the other great bromance of Han's life, Han and Lando Calrissian, in shots of the sabacc game between the two smooth rogues.

Han and Chewbacca have always interacted like an old married couple and it seems like that started very early.

Han Solo shows Chewie his hand of cards and Chewie shakes his head and lets out defeated gargle.

It is one of the most important meetings in the history of Star Wars and one will finally get to see it in the theatres when "Solo: A Star Wars Story" releases next month. Disney today dropped another look at the Ron Howard-directed origins story that traces the beginnings of smuggler, ace pilot and charming scoundrel, Han Solo.
