Things You Might Have Missed From Last Night's WWE Raw

As I wrote in a recent column on, "Rollins has taken his place as the ringleader of a show needing a shot of adrenaline".

Follow along with our live review of WWE Raw starting right here at 8 p.m. ET. Not only can he work the type of athletically impressive matches he put on against Rollins, but he can also work against less-experienced talent and help them tell a convincing story in the ring. It would be best for WWE to finally swallow its pride and turn Reigns heel, garnering the heat from the fan base where it would mean something. Subscribe to our podcast - In This Corner with Brian Campbell - where we go in depth on everything you need to know in WWE each week. The former Universal champion posted a video on Twitter last night announcing his intention to accept the open challenge of Seth Rollins this week. Roode says the WWE Title is why he's here, why they're all here. The participants in the matches are not yet known, but Kurt Angle likely has some good ideas in place for only the best competition on the roster. This is still developing.

In other matches, Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler continued their impressive show as they beat Braun Strowman and Finn Balor in a tag-team match.

- This week's RAW saw Bobby Roode defeat Baron Corbin and No Way Jose to qualify for the men's Money In the Bank Ladder Match next month. The two remaining spots will go to blue brand competitors.

Alexa Bliss earned a chance to compete in the women's version. Rollins gets free and Owens sends him back out of the ring as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Owens planting a knee into the back of Rollins while pulling back on his arms.

Strowman, Miz. Balor and Rusev are the four wrestlers who have qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match till now.

Thus, unless the champion or other superstar prevents it, Kevin Owens will fight Seth Rollins for the Intercontinental title on Monday Night Raw. No longer the Miztourage and now calling themselves the B-Team, Dallas and Axel managed to defeat Breezango in the ring and start a journey towards eventually facing Bray Wyatt and Woken Matt Hardy for their tag team gold.

SmackDown Women's Championship - Carmella (c) vs. Charlotte Flair: Carmella stunningly earned a clean win over Flair at Backlash, but with the knee injury tossed into the finish, the former champion will get another shot here at reclaiming her title from the first women's Money in the Bank victor.

In the main event of Raw, Elias, Bobby Lashley, and Kevin Owens competed in a MITB qualifier. It would make sense for this feud to reach a quick conclusion at the show.

There are no predictions for the tag team titles nor the United States championship at this time.
