Lenovo owned Motorola Mobility has now silently introduced one more smartphone in China.

The phone has fingerprint sensor. Talking about the specifications, the device comes with a 5.7-inch IPS display with Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio.

The announcement of the Moto 1s launch was made by the company via microblogging site Weibo.

The dual-rear camera setup carries a 12-megapixel primary sensor and 5-megapixel secondary sensor, which offers Bokeh mode. The phone comes in Blue and Gold colour options. The phone looks same as Moto G6 launched last month in Brazil. It is priced at 1499 Yuan (approx $235 / Rs 16,000) in China and is already on sale. It has 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 14nm Soc with Adreno 506 GPU. It has the latest Android Oreo operating system with a customised interface (ZUI 3.5).

The Moto 1S has 64GB inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD slot. The device comes with P2i water-repellent nano-coating. Both the front and rear cameras are accompanied by a LED flash. Dimensions measure 153.8 x 72.3 x 8.3 mm and it weighs 168g. The handset connectivity features include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n. Accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope and proximity sensor are the sensors on the smartphone. Finally, the smartphone has a 3000 mAh Li-ion non-user replaceable battery with Turbocharging support via USB type C port.
