Super Mario Party Revealed for Nintendo Switch

It's the first Mario Party console game since Mario Party 10 debuted on the Wii U in 2015.

The fan-favorite developer has remained tight-lipped about what fans can expect from the live stream today but we'll certainly be hearing more about the highly anticipated new Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Switch.

The Nintendo Switch is no stranger to co-op oriented games as one of the console's highlight features has always been offline multiplayer. There also seems to be a little influence from 1-2 Switch in the form of players sharing information outside of the game to win events. Nintendo says that the show will focus on Switch releases for 2018, but we might see some 2019 titles and 3DS games as well.

During the Nintendo Direct E3 2018 presentation, the company announced Super Smash Bros. I can't even begin to understand the science behind that one. Smash Ultimate will launch on Nintendo Switch December 7, 2018. Others just can't wait to lose all of their friends again since someone has to emerge victorious in the Mario Party games.
