Chelsea FC Transfer Talk: Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois, Jordan Pickford

Hazard has been linked with Real Madrid for several years now, but this summer felt different.

The Chelsea star has emerged as a possible marquee signing for Real following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus.

The goalkeeper has just one year left on his contract with Chelsea and will seal his move to the most recent Champions League winners before the English transfer window closes. But, Chelsea have remained determined in their bid to keep retain the player, with Maurizio Sarri insisting that he will hold talks with his unsettled to players to keep them at Stamford Bridge. Since then, they have been reported to be in the market for a new Galactico as they look to compensate for the Portuguese's exit, as far as tangible contribution is concerned.

Reports in Spain indicate that Real Madrid are cooling their interest, and now turning their attention towards Paris Saint-Germain's Edinson Cavani.

Hazard has been the talisman for Chelsea over the past few seasons and was the standout performer last season as well a single-handedly winning the Blues the FA Cup final against Manchester United at Wembley.

Express Sport revealed this morning that Eden Hazard is set to STAY at Chelsea after his move to Real Madrid collapsed over their refusal to pay a world-record £200million to lure him away from Stamford Bridge.

Keylor Navas is relaxed about his Real Madrid future after speaking with new coach Julen Lopetegui despite speculation constantly linking the club with other goalkeepers.
