Angelina Jolie accuses Brad Pitt of evading child support

Angelina Jolie accuses Brad Pitt of evading child support

Angelina Jolie's spokesperson Mindy Nyby revealed that the objective behind the court filing was to ensure that their marriage gets a "closure" and that Brad could "recommit to their children", added the report.

And on Wednesday Pitt filed his own papers calling Jolie's claim "a thinly veiled effort to manipulate media coverage".

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's divorce and custody battle is bringing up a lot of frustrations, especially for Brad, who fears his ex-wife's actions may be doing more bad than good for their six children. Angelina will of course honor that loan.

Jolie, 43, filed for divorce from Pitt, 54, in September of 2016 citing irreconcilable differences.

The actress accused her ex-husband of not paying "meaningful" child support and he's hit back. Brad's lawyers point to Angelina's legal docs that were filed earlier this week, in which she asks the judge to grant the divorce quickly so she can be a single woman again. leaving child support and other issues for a later date.

"Angelina is asking Brad to pay 50 per cent of the children's expenses". He has not. Angelina has had to shoulder the majority of those without his contribution for the past two years. Pitt's lawyers claim he loaned Angelina $8 million for the house she bought, plus gave her another $1.3 million for expenses for her and the kids.

Pitt was investigated for possible child abuse after losing his temper in front of some of the children, but was later cleared of the allegations. "Brad was coping with Angie's hard moves when everything was sealed, but now that she is changing attorneys and going public with her filings again, he feels like she has taken off the gloves and is fighting dirty", the source continued.

The agreement laid out the dates where Brad would have custody of Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, Vivienne, 10 and Knox, 10.

Be has contacted representatives for Angelina and Brad on the claims.

Pitt forks over hundreds of thousands each month on therapists for his six children, travel expenses and round-the-clock bodyguards, sources told Page Six.
