Demi Lovato’s near-fatal overdose likely triggered by oxycodone laced with fentanyl

Demi Lovato’s near-fatal overdose likely triggered by oxycodone laced with fentanyl

That's the same powerful painkiller that killed music icon Prince and young rapper Lil Peep. Supposedly the dealer "fled the home" when he saw Lovato laying in bed breathing heavily.

Demi Lovato's overdose last month was reportedly caused by fentanyl-laced Oxycodone. Lovato had been at a party in West Hollywood after a birthday celebration at the Saddle Ranch on the Sunset Strip. Unbeknownst to Demi, the site claims her supposed dealer had been providing her with dirty drugs from Mexico and the two allegedly smoked Oxy off of tinfoil and the singer was unaware that it was laced with the highly risky opioid Fentanyl.

Reports claim that the drug dealer had a history of purchasing dirty drugs from Mexico and Demi did not even know this.

Lovato thanked her family, team, the staff at the hospital and her fans for their love and support. The "Sorry Not Sorry" singer temporarily left rehab a few days after entering in order to seek out further specialist treatment with a therapist in Chicago who specializes in addiction. That also includes limiting contact with her ex-boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, who visited her several times while she was stabilizing in the hospital. "The family is trying to make sure they eliminate all distractions and want her to be focusing on her health right now".

The insider went on to say that the former Disney star is "doing much better", both mentally and physically, and has "become more open and is happy she is getting the help she needs". Your prayers and positive thoughts helped me find the right way in this hard time. This is something that I must overcome, since I have not done so until now.
