Her dress, with a flowing skirt and angular neckline, was designed by Zac Posen.

Posen wrote on Instagram that it was an "incredible honour" to create the dress for HRH Princess Eugenie.

While the focus of the royal wedding was mostly on stunning Princess Eugenie and her now-husband, Jack Brooksbank, there was one very special guest who demands attention everywhere she goes: Queen Elizabeth.

It was the second wedding extravaganza of the year for the royal family, which seems to be riding a wave of popularity as the younger generation comes to the fore and the widely-respected Queen Elizabeth II cuts back slightly on her public appearances.

Eugenie has previously spoken about the importance of showing "people your scars" as she paid tribute to the hospital which performed surgery on her back as a child.

Jack Brooksbank and Princess Eugenie walk down the steps of St. George's Chapel. The strong winds forced many women to hold on to their elaborate hats as they approached the chapel.

Their immediate families are also with them, meaning Sarah the Duchess of York, who was divorced from Eugenie's father, Prince Andrew the Duke of York, 22 years ago, has appeared in an official photograph with the monarch for the first time in decades. They married in the same venue used in May by Harry and Meghan.

Princess Charlotte, 3, daughter of Prince William and his wife Kate, was a bridesmaid, and her brother, Prince George, 5, a page boy.

In the fourth photograph, the newlyweds are pictured at the York family home, Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park, ahead of the private evening dinner.

Love was in the air at Eugenie and Jack's luncheon reception.

ITV was the only United Kingdom broadcaster that showed the entire service live from St. George's Chapel.

The burgundy fabric bags, embossed with the letters E and J in gold, contained an order of service, a Windsor Castle chocolate coin, a commemorative refrigerator magnet, a chocolate chip shortbread cookie, a rain poncho and a can of spring water.

Kate (and now Meghan Markle!) have been regularly photographed using the "Duchess Slant".
