Donald Trump, CNN's Jim Acosta Argue at Press Conference

President Donald Trump paused his post-midterms press briefing Wednesday to yell at CNN's Jim Acosta, wagging his finger and calling him a "rude, bad person" and adding that CNN should be "ashamed" to have him in their employ.

"That's enough. That's enough", Trump said as aides tried to take the microphone from Acosta.

"That's enough. Excuse me that's enough".

A visibly annoyed President Trump responded: "Because I consider it an invasion".

Watch the fiery exchange above. Trump then said he wanted immigrants to "come in legally".

After being questioned about the migrant caravan and Russian Federation investigation during a post-midterms press conference, the president lashes out at the "rude, terrible" CNN chief White House correspondent.

'You are a very rude person, ' Trump told him.

Mr. Acosta insisted the migrant caravan was "not an invasion".

Acosta persisted. Trump repeated, "That's enough!" and attempted to call on another reporter, all the while becoming more impatient.

Trump then asked Acosta to put down the microphone before briefly stepping away from the podium.

Following a back and forth over the caravan, Trump said, "Honestly, I think you should let me run the country, you run CNN, and if you did it well, your ratings would be much better".

"They weren't' actors. You think they were actors?"

"You shouldn't treat people that way", Trump said before turning to NBC's Peter Alexander.

Trump moved on to another reporter, but Acosta stood up again and began asking Trump another question. You shouldn't be working for CNN. He gave a lengthy overview of the races, said the GOP did pretty well, as Democrats didn't have a wave year as they did in 2006-and then opened it up for questions. "The way you treat Sarah Huckabee is frightful", he said, referring to the White House press secretary.
