Samsung’s foldable phone could launch alongside the Galaxy S10

We're looking forward to the Galaxy S10 launch - and whatever else they'd like to show off on the 20th of Februrary in San Francisco. In a new tweet, he now has written, "The Galaxy S10+ has a 7.8mm thick body and a 4000mAh battery".

Each model of the Galaxy S10 is expected to feature Samsung's Infinity-O display technology. Samsung, which has been rumoured to be working on a foldable device for *years*, has kicked off its marketing/hype campaign for the folding Galaxy X/F.

Powering the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10 Lite could be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor.

According to a report by Gizmodo UK, the device will come in three variants which is an entry-level 5.8-inch S10 Lite will reportedly start at £669 (R11867) followed by the 6.1-inch S10 at £799 and the range-topping S10 Plus at £899. Leakster Evan Blass and others have heard the handset referred to as the Galaxy S10 E by sources within the company, so don't be surprised if the affordable flagship ends up going by that name. We've already seen Google attempt to bring in this kind of daily AI assistance with Android 9.0 Pie, but it sounds like Samsung wants to take it a step further. For now, One UI's complete revamp for Samsung's skin seems to be sticking.

The foldable smartphone has been delayed and Samsung knows it very well. From the leaks it can be seen that there will be a hole on the top right corner of the S10's display, which means no notch and more screen estate. Much like the Pixel's Night Sight, Samsung intends to launch a competing feature, apparently called Bright Night, able to snap what should be unbelievable shots in low light conditions without the need for a flash. ETNews believes that this smartphone will indeed be dubbed as the S10 "X".

Last week, the company announced that it'll shun MWC in favour of a standalone "Unpacked" event on 20 February, with its teaser (above) not-so-subtly confirming that the Galaxy S10 lineup will be making an appearance.
