Man dances his way through roadside sobriety test, charged with DUI

His foot was on the brake, deputies said, and he appeared to be asleep.

He then consented to a breathalyzer test and deputies say he blew a.28 (blood alcohol content) which was more three times than Florida's legal limit of.08.

A Sheriff's deputy said he knocked on Larson's window and shouted before Larson responded by waving at the deputy, while appearing disoriented.

After he was awakened, Larson began to get out of the truck without putting it in park. When ordered out of the vehicle, he got out - but since it was still in drive it began to roll forward.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office released video from a deputy's body camera that shows a man breaking into dance steps during the test. Deputies were forced to jump in and stop the truck from moving. At one point, Larson turns on one foot, as if performing a dance move and then begins bounce-walking in the opposite direction.

The body cam video shows Larson, wearing a white T-shirt, shorts and sneakers, striding along a straight line while periodically strutting his stuff.

Larson reportedly told Fox that he would "not call what he did in the video dancing", but did not comment further on the arrest.

The deputy asks Larson if he is 'complete with the exercise, ' but he just mumbles and continues his shuffle.

At that time, Larson seemed disorientated and waved to the police officer, the arrest report says. However, he was actually in Holiday, Florida.

Larson spoke with FOX 13's Briona Arradondo over the phone.
