Lottery victor wears 'Scream' mask to hide identity

Not so much. That's why one lottery victor in Jamaica chose to hide his identity by wearing a Ghostface mask from the Scream movie series while collecting his cheque, giving social media some hilarious pics in the process.

According to St. Lucia News, a man who won $158 million in the Super Lotto, who identified himself as A. Campbell, claimed the jackpot prize while wearing a mask from the movie "Scream" to help hide his identity.

It happened with the Supreme Ventures Ltd.

In truth, the man - identified only as "A. Campbell" - went the whole hog, and was kitted out from head to toe in a complete Ghostface outfit. minus the bloody blade, which he quite wisely chose to omit.

Decked out in a full-length coat, long trousers, gloves and the mask made famous by the horror movie franchise, he arrived incognito in a bid to hide his identity - a common practice in the Caribbean given the high levels of crime and fears of being hounded for money by family and friends.

Campbell reportedly purchased the ticket for $200 in Jamaican money, and took 54 days to claim the winning ticket. I haven't found it yet, but I'll be looking for one soon.

Winning the lottery may seem like a dream come true, but the fear of getting robbed after that?

While the masked victor didn't reveal much personal information, he did say he was going to invest the money in a house, according to Loop.
