The 'cool' parenting tip Anne Hathaway got from Prince William and Kate

The 'cool' parenting tip Anne Hathaway got from Prince William and Kate

Prince William is the current President of BAFTA, and he presented the BAFTA Fellowship to film editor Thelma Schoonmaker at the award ceremony held at London's Royal Albert Hall.

Kate Middleton wore Alexander McQueen to BAFTA 2019. The dress featured a floral motif on the shoulder and ruffled detailing.

She accessorised the stunning gown with glittering silver stilettos and striking pearl and diamanté earrings and a bracelet, believed to have belonged to her late mother-in-law Princess Diana.

This is thought to be the first time that the Duchess of Cambridge has worn the earrings at a public event, although it certainly isn't the first time she has paid tribute to Princess Diana by wearing pieces from her jewellery collection.

Middleton also sported glamorous makeup, with a dark smokey eye and pink lipstick as she smiled for the cameras during her third appearance at the BAFTAs.

Of course William was looking as handsome as ever.

Hathaway heard about the tip from Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge about how they parent George, Charlotte and Louis.

Unlike this year, Middleton's dress for the 2018 BAFTAs received criticism as the duchess wore a dark green gown instead of black like most other celebrity attendees.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Amanda Barrie attend the EE British Academy Film Awards at Royal Albert Hall on February 10, 2019 in London, England.

Following the evening's ceremony, Kate and William rubbed shoulders with the night's award winners, including Best Adapted Screenplay winner Spike Lee, Best Supporting Actress winner Rachel Weisz and Rising Star award winner Letitia Wright.
